PRL’s Tempered & Laminated Glass Products
We fabricate a vast array of tempered glass and laminated glass products in our facility. You can quote tempered glass in thicknesses ranging from 1/8” through ¾”, low iron glass in 5/8” and ¾” thicknesses as well as low E, tinted, reflective and spandrel glass in a variety of thicknesses. We also produce IG units, bullet resistant glass, impact resistant and Switch-It Privacy glass panels, textured glass sheets, glue chipped and custom sandblasted glass designs.
Our max tempered glass oven capacity is 110” x 198” and our max laminated glass capacity 96” x 180”. This allows us to create products such as oversized table tops and countertops, all-glass wine cellars, custom backlit mirrors and more. Additionally, you can get the finest glass edgework, intricate notching, pattern cuts, curved shapes and polished or mitered corners for your projects.
PRL’s Metal & Aluminum Products
We use a 2400-ton metal aluminum extrusion press to render numerous materials and products. All made ourselves, we can accommodate special orders so your proposals are just right.
You can bid center and offset glazed storefronts (thermally broken and non-thermally broken) for 1 ¾” x 4”, 1 ¾” x 4 ½” and 2” x 4 ½” systems, 6”, 7” and 10” curtain wall systems, wet and dry set glass door rails, wet and dry set handrail and guardrail base shoes, aluminum handrail top caps and storefront stock lengths in standard 24 ft. lengths. We can also extrude diameter shapes up to 9 ½”.
Shower Systems
We also manufacture a full line of swing and sliding shower door enclosures. Available with Diamond Seal coating, you can make maintenance easier and keep your shower glass looking new longer. You can choose our frameless all-glass swing door shower units, frameless all-glass shower sliders or our semi-frameless shower sliders. Furnishing our own line of shower hinges and clamps, we also stock a wide assortment of U-channels, support bars and seals as well as shower door pull handles, knobs and towel bars in popular architectural finishes including matte black. We can work from opening dimensions (calculating all clearances) or your provided glass sizes.
Door Hardware
Our selection of entrance door hardware is unsurpassed. From pivots, hinges and closers to 4 different UL approved panic device styles, you can find it all. We carry Euro style glass door fittings, patch fittings and patch fitting locks; manual and electromagnetic shear locks; electric strikes, deadbolts and center strike lock housings; as well as multiple pull handle options like standard, offset, C-pull, ladder and locking ladder pull handles.
Brake Formed Shapes
Housing brake presses up to 12 ft. long and a full line of stainless steel, brass and anodized aluminum sheets, we can manufacture a wide mixture of brake formed shapes. Examples include transom and infill panels; column covers, connectors and cornices; miter returns, panel and sill pans; entry door headers, jambs and T-holds; L-angles, closed U shapes and J-Z shapes and much more. We do all welding and metal polishing in-house.
