Panic Doors & Glass Types

PRL offers a selection of four all-glass doors to design radiant and secure heavy glass door panic systems. Available with continuous top and bottom door rails and a variety of patch fittings, we have a glass door style to meet your evacuation exit needs.

Fit with discreet hardware, our heavy all-glass doors provide a frameless appearance with fewer visual obstructions to distract from emergency egresses. Now specifiers and architects can design panic doors with beautiful, expansive all-glass views.

P Style All-Glass Door:
The P style door offers continuous horizontal top and bottom rails measuring 3 3/8″ to 10″ tall. Custom height applications can be accommodated.

BP Style All-Glass Door:
The BP style door offers a corner patch rail in a 9 ½” long section or a Euro series patch fitting measuring 2″ x 6 ½”. Euro patch fittings are located at the top pivot corner and include a continuous horizontal bottom rail.

F Style All-Glass Door:
The F style door offers a 9 ½” patch rail at the top and bottom pivot corners and at the bottom leading corner of the door. It accommodates a lock or a Euro series patch fitting at the top and bottom pivot corners with Euro patch locks.

A Style All-Glass Door:
The A style door offers corner patch rails at the top and bottom pivot corners with a 9 ½” patch rail, a custom patch rail, or a Euro series patch fitting. Lock fittings are not included.

Panic Doors: 2 Ultra-Narrow Full Framed Cladded Stiles

Our ultra-narrow full framed cladded doors deliver even broader glass views for panic systems. And accommodating extra tall accessways, these aluminum doors are built with the same great features as our other cladded stiles.

You can quote these ultra-narrow doors with a variety of customizations to meet your fire egress needs. We can render made-to-order rail heights and stile sizes as well as grids and flush metal panels to your exact specifications.

7/8″ Ultra-Narrow Full Framed Clad Door:
A 7/8″ ultra-narrow vertical stile full framed clad door with 4″, 5″ or 10″ standard top and bottom rails. Custom height top and bottom rails can be fabricated to your specifications.

1 15/6″ Ultra-Narrow Full Framed Clad Door:
A 1 5/6″ ultra-narrow vertical stile full framed clad door with 4″, 5″ or 10″ standard top and bottom rails. Custom height top and bottom rails can be fabricated to your specifications.

Full Framed & Ultra Narrow Cladded Door Finishes:

We furnish four aluminum door stiles for heavily trafficked evacuation exits. Generated with 6063-T5 aluminum alloy and strong, reinforced corner construction, our aluminum doors can stand up to whatever you deliver. Sold as single or double passageways, these aluminum doors come standard with 10″ bottom rails to meet ADA regulations.

Our aluminum doors are available with offset pivots, butt hinges or center pivot operations. To satisfy your emergency egress conditions, you can also bid custom top and bottom rail sizes, widths or heights.

2″ Narrow Stile Aluminum Door:
A 2″ vertical stile aluminum door with 2″, 3 ¼”, 5 1/8″, 10″ or custom top and bottom rails. Custom height top and bottom rails can be fabricated to your specifications.

3 ½” Medium Stile Aluminum Door:
A 3 ½” vertical stile aluminum door with 3 ¼”, 5 1/8″, 10″ or custom top and bottom rails. Custom height top and bottom rails can be fabricated to your specifications.

5″ Wide Stile Aluminum Door:
A 5″ vertical stile aluminum door with 5 1/8″, 10″ or custom top and bottom rails. Custom height top and bottom rails can be fabricated to your specifications.

Oversized Aluminum Door Stiles:
An oversized aluminum door with stiles produced to your measurements. Custom top and bottom rails also extruded per your plans. Please consult with us. Custom limitations may apply.
